The Rocky Mountain Knife and Tomahawk Alliance is a newly formed
organization. In July 2000, Rocky Mountain Knife and Tomahawk Championships were held in Creede, Colorado.
The quality and quantity of throwers was so good, it was decided that a formal organization needed to be formed to provide
assistance and guidance to individuals and groups wanting to practice and compete in organized throwing events. It is our mission to
promote safe and fun knife throwing for anyone interested in the sport.
